Artificial Intelligence in the Grant Profession, Survey 2024

Due to my involvement in the grant professional association ethics committee and because i am professionally concerned about the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI), i have been extensively researching and learning about the ethics of Ai in the grant profession. i conducted this survey, as a consultant, in 2024, to better understand the use of, and concerns around the use of, AI in this field. the results are below. i hope to conduct this survey annually as the ai field grows exponentially without many guidelines or regulations about its use. my sincere gratitude to the 175 grant professionals who participated in this survey. cyndi mackenzie, grant professional certified, cyndi mackenzie consulting, llc
